While we are not charging for attendance for the visit, we are kindly asking for a £50 deposit for all attendees to ensure commitment to the trip due to the limited amount of attendees which we are allowed. The full deposit will be refunded only if you attend the trip and arrive on time for all scheduled events. You may withdraw and receive a full refund if you do so before 1 November 2025. Withdrawals after 1 November 2025 will result in forfeiture of your deposit, as your place cannot be reassigned (due to NATO’s multi-week security clearance process). Late arrivals to organised events may result in partial forfeiture of your deposit and denied entry to those events, in accordance with security protocols.
